My HR experience is highly influenced by the projects and initiatives I have accomplished during my career from two diverse sectors of Oil & Gas and Telecommunications. I have completed several research papers in the field of HR one of which on ‘The Influences of the Gulf Region in Leadership Practice’, and ‘The Evolution of Performance Management Systems in an Agile Economy’. A current member of several HR organizations such as CIPD, SHRM, BSTD amongst others. Passionate about Youth Development and innovation - leading the future generation with agility.
Holds MSc in Human Resources from University of Sheffield (UK) and BSc in Management (minor IT) from Bentley University (USA)
She is currently General Secretary at Bahrain Society for Training & Development.
