With more than 15 years of multinational experience with a global leader in the financial services and payment industry, Yousif A. AlSaie brings a wealth of knowledge, successful track record and unparalleled expertise to his position as Regional Human Resources manager.
Yousif is responsible for the HR strategic direction, managing a full spectrum of human resources divisions for American Express Middle East. Based out of the regional headquarters in the Kingdom of Bahrain, Yousif oversees HR operations across 18 markets in the region.
He is passionate about ensuring the delivery of professional HR service. Responsibilities include strategic and operational HR matters, recruitment, compensation and benefits, coaching, employee development, organizational culture, driving policies, processes, and services in line with strategic goals across all functions, to enhance business profitability and achieve business objectives.
His career highlights include the implementation of various HR projects, cultural change, policies and strategies, job evaluation strategy, pension, incentive and benefit schemes, on boarding, and the implementation of HR systems and automation.
Yousif holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business - Depaul University. He also holds a Bachelor of Management information system from University college of Bahrain. He is also actively involved in a number of forums and HR associations. He has played an instrumental role in setting up American Expresses Human Resources.
