Sameera, an ambitious trainer and businesswoman, has put her energy into her career through her experience in the training and project management market, especially in projects aimed at developing leadership skills and self-development. She has managed major projects nationally and regionally in the last seven years, of the beneficiaries who exceeded the 1500 trainees.

She started her career early, from being a senior customer service officer at the legendary company "March 1999" to her last official position at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance as the Director of Private Enterprise and Business Development "April 2014".

With more than 17 years of experience in the field of "Leadership, Marketing and Sales, Business Development and Customer Service", Samira has been an experienced and knowledgeable, Consulting and training workshops for individuals, business groups, managers, employees and organizations both locally and regionally to improve their leadership, customer service, marketing and sales in both Arabic and English, all of their courses are specifically designed to suit the cultural and environmental background of Mahawar, which requires an awareness of the specificity of the Gulf market and the unique factors affecting this market.

Sameera's personal slogan is "My goal is to support others to overcome self-constructed obstacles and discover real potentials to achieve their goals." More than 50 practical training workshops and annual programs have been offered on interpersonal skills, leadership, entrepreneurship and customer service. Marketing, sales skills, presentation and presentation skills.

Sameera is an expert in marketing, sales, customer service, business development, ethics and commercial protocol, business ethics, public relations, event management, self-development and improving interpersonal skills. Has emerged regionally in several conferences and training programs for entrepreneurs, employees and other executives.

Academic Qualifications and Associations:

Sameera's educational and professional qualifications include a bachelor's degree in marketing and management from the University of Bahrain, and a CMI-UK certification in leadership and management. She also holds a Diploma in International Protocol Management (Protocol School in Washington, USA) and a Certified UK Level (SHL) Certified Evaluator. She is a trainer with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM-UK), HABC, and ISMM. She is also a Couch Certified Practitioner from the Association of Coaching in Corporate Leadership.

Sameera is a board member of the Bahrain Society for Training and Development of Human Resources in the role of Director of Youth Development Programs.
