Khalid is an Engineer in instrument & control system – Huddersfield University UK, Certificate in Training practice – CIPD UK and Certified Professional in human resources & compensation – IHRME – Arizona USA
During his last 13 years in ALBA, he worked as head of training and administration and Worked very closely with HR Department
His experience in ALBA was for 32 and a half years. He worked in various departments (maintenance, planning, planning engineer) and finally in training. He handled many assignment and projects and worked in projects with many Organizations and establishments in Bahrain.
A member of Associate membership with CIPD – UK
He is currently programs and events director at Bahrain Society for Training & Development.
